保護者の皆様へ
2023年－2024年度も終わりに近づいてきました。今年度も保護者の皆さまにはご協力をいただき誠にありがとうございました。
学校から大事なお知らせがございますので、よくお読みください。
登録に関して：
2024年度のクラスにまだご登録を済ませていない方は６月８日（土）までにオンラインでご登録ください。その後は８月２８日の朝１０時より登録ができるようになります。また７月中にメールでお問い合わせいただいた件に関しましては８月１日以降に返信させていただきます。

※月曜の普通科キンダーと１年生クラスは定員に達しました。ウェイトリストご希望の方はオフィスまでメールにてご連絡ください。
また、普通科プリスクール（月曜日、火曜日とも）にはまだ空席がありますので、お知り合いなど興味のある方にお伝えいただけると幸いです。
６月の予定： ６月１０日の週は通常の週とは違います。
６月３日（月）普通科学習発表会（プリ・キンダー・1年・2年・3年）
６月４日（火）火曜日クラス最終日、普通科学習発表会、卒業式（4年・5年・6年・7年・シニア）
６月５日（水）水曜日クラス最終日、基礎科学習発表会（キンダー・L1・L2・L3）
６月６日（木）木曜日クラス最終日、基礎科学習発表会（L４・L５・L６）
＊学習発表会は一家族につき見学者は２人でお願いします。
6月１０日（月）通常授業
6月１２日（水）運動会 3時45分～５時（お迎えの時間が通常より早くなります。）
＊プログラムに保護者の借り物競争がありますのでふるってご参加ください。
6月１５日（土）土曜日クラス最終授業
6月１７日（月）月曜日クラス最終授業
成績表はemailで送られますのでご確認よろしくお願い致します。
また夏休みの宿題もありますので、お休みの間にしっかりと復習をしておくようお願い致します。

Dear parents and guardians
The end of the 2023-2024 School year is coming near.
We would like to thank all the parents and guardians for their cooperation.
The following is important information for June and September.
Registration:
If you have not registered yet, please register by June 8th.
After that you will be able to register from August 28th at 10am onward.
We are closing the office in July so we will reply to your inquiries from August 1.

*Please note: Wednesday Level 1 class has reached capacity and Wednesday Level 2 class is nearly full. Please email the school if you are interested in these classes.
June schedule:
Monday, June 3 – Futsuka Presentation Day (Preschool, Kinder, G1, G2, & G3)
Tuesday, June 4 – Last classes for Tuesday classes, Futsuka Presentation Day & Graduation (G4, G5, G6, G7 & Senior)
Wednesday, June 5 – Last classes for Wednesday classes,Junior Fundamental Presentation Day (Kinder, L1, L2 & L3)
Thursday, June 6 – Last classes for Thursday classes, Junior Fundamental Presentation Day (L4, L5 & L6)
*Due to the limited space, we are asking only two people per family to observe the performance.
Wednesday, June 12– Sports day (Futsuka & Junior Fundamental students)
*This year there is a scavenger hunt for parents in the program, so please join us!
*Please pick up your child at 5:00 on Sports Day.
Saturday, June 15 – Last classes for Senior Fundamental students
Monday, June 17 – Last day of school
The teacher will send parents report cards by email. There is also homework for the summer break, so please encourage your child(ren) to finish their homework during the break.
September Schedule: Details will be announced by the school or teacher at the end of the summer break.
