Dear parents and guardians
The end of the 2020-2021 School year is coming near.
All classes were held online this year. We would like to thank all the parents and guardians for their cooperation during the pandemic.
The following is important information for June and September.
Registration:
If you have not registered yet, please register by June 12th. After that you will be able to register from August 23 onward. We are closing the office in July so we will reply to your inquiries from August 1.

June schedule:
Our class schedule for the week beginning June 14 changes as follows:
Monday, June 14 – Regular Monday Classes
Tuesday, June 15 – Futsuka classes: Graduation and Year End Party (Last class for Futsuka students)
Wednesday, June 16 – Junior Fundamental classes: Year End Ceremony and Year End Party (Last class for JF students)
Thursday, June 17 – No classes
Saturday, June 19 – Last classes for Senior Fundamental students
After the last class, the teacher will send parents report cards by email. There is also homework for the summer break, so please encourage your child(ren) to finish their homework during the break.
Borrowed School Textbooks: If you need to return a textbook, please refer to the email sent from school for details.
September Schedule: Details will be announced by the school or teacher at the end of the summer break.

Wednesday, September 8 – Hand out materials for Junior and Senior Fundamental classes
Thursday, September 9 – No classes
Saturday, September 11 – Saturday classes start
Monday, September 13 – Monday classes start
Tuesday, September 14 – Tuesday classes start
Wednesday, September 15 – Wednesday classes start
Thursday, September 16 – Thursday classes start

保護者の皆様へ
2020年－2021年度も終わりに近づいてきました。今年度は全てのクラスにおいて授業がオンラインで行われました。大変な状況の中、生徒保護者の皆さまにはご協力をいただき誠にありがとうございました。
学校から大事なお知らせがございますので、よく目を通して下さるようにお願い致します。
登録に関して：
事前登録をしてくださった保護者生徒の皆様ありがとうございました。まだご登録を済ませていない方は６月１２日（土）までにお願いします。その後は８月２３日よりオンライン登録ができるようになります。また７月中にメールでお問い合わせいただいた件に関しましては８月１日以降返信させていただきます。

６月の予定： ６月１４日の週は通常の週とは違います。
６月１４日（月）通常授業
６月１５日（火）普通科卒業式とお楽しみ会（普通科最終日）
６月１６日（水）基礎科お楽しみ会（JF基礎科最終日）
６月１７日（木）授業はありません。
６月１９日（土）土曜日クラス最終授業
最終授業の後で担任より成績表がemailで送られますのでご確認よろしくお願い致します。
また夏休みの宿題もありますので、お休みの間にしっかりと復習をしておくようお願い致します。
教科書の返却に関して：
詳細は学校から送られているメールを参照ください。
９月の予定 詳細は夏休みの終わりに学校または担任よりお知らせいたします。
